Server Management
Generally our support categories serve the purpose of providing rapid, reliable and accurate assistance for a number of issues. For example, fixing problems when things aren't going your way with the server as such it is our responsibility to resolve the issue on our servers end.
Having said this, we do operate a policy in the types of support and or management we offer. As such we have three categories of management:
- - Incidental Support
- - Partial Management
- - Full Management
- - Incidental Support -
- Incidental support is pretty self explanatory in that if you're having technical issues then for a fee of $25, one off payment, our technical engineers will resolve the problem for you. This applies to all our products.
- - Partial Management -
- This is a step down from full management by providing assistance at a fee of $20 per month and includes assistance for things like installing software and so on.
- - Full Management -
- For a fee of $40 per month you can ask our engineers to pretty much run your server for you. You ask for something to be done and it will be done! Completely hassle free hosting; what more could you want? Just sit back and relax, we'll do the work.
